Results can only be driven by proven processes.
Our discussion framework allows us to diverge on ideas and converge on solutions, and remains flexible depending on the project.
Brainstorm by using creative thinking techniques and other methods to encourage idea generation.
Identify the most promising ideas through voting, prioritisation techniques, or other selection methods.
02
Diverge
With the key ideas identified, the team diverge on solutions, exploring different approaches and ideas for how to implement the selected ideas. This might involve developing prototypes, testing ideas, or iterating on solutions.
03
Converge
Once the team has explored a range of solutions, the next step is to converge on a final solution. This might involve selecting the best solution that meets business objectives and customer requirements, or through the combination of multiple solutions to ultimately create a more comprehensive solution. Through data-driven design and expertise, we will help to guide and support you throughout our collaborative journey.
Once a client is onboard, we prepare documentation specific to the project. Through this process, questions specific to UX are passed on and discussed with the client to identify areas that must be addressed during the ideation phase. Additional research into the industry must be taken into account with key aspects being integrated into the user journey process.
02
Ideate. Brainstorm. Pitch.
After all requirements have been compiled, the team takes the time to study all documentation, identify user pain points and come up with ideas to expand upon the requirements. By pitching ideas amongst one another, a potential user journey map can be imagined. After brainstorming, the list is questioned again and again until a shortlist of ideas is solidified.
03
User Journey Map
From both requirements and brainstormed ideas, the team begins building the user journey map to visualise each pathway a user may take to accomplish a task and enhance future UX development.
04
Wireframe Creation
Once all user journey pathways have been accounted for, each identified experience is structured through the creation of a wireframe and low-fidelity design.
05
UI/UX Creation
The client's interaction design, visual elements and information architecture can be built until a fully prototyped UI is created. From this, the user experience can be integrated, such as mouse-over effects, drop-down menus, etc.
06
Usability Testing, Report & Handover
With usability testing, the representative users help refine and improve the design and identify potential issues. The feedback gathered is used to create a user-friendly product or service that meets the needs and expectations of its users. Once approved, the design is handed over to the development team.
